Cynthia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of early childhood education to the Step by Step team. Step by Step has been in operation for 27 years and under her leadership, it has maintained a reputation of excellence in the field of Preschool Education. She earned a BA in Child Psychology and a Masters in Early Childhood Education from the University of Miami.
Shakira Walton - Vice Principal/Partner
Shakira brings 18 years of experience in the field of early childhood education to the Step by Step team. She graduated from Florida International University and the University of the West Indies with First Class Honours degree in Early Childhood Education. She joined the Step by Step team 18 years ago and under her leadership, she has helped maintain the standard of building a solid foundation for our children's future.
